HSH company with limited liability is the contracting authority according to § 7 statute number 25/2006, statutes concerned with public procurement and change and additions of some laws as amended (further just “public procurement statute”). Delivery contracts for good supplied, offering services, construction work is done by public procurement in harmony with the Public Procurement Statute.

Public procurement according to justified demands ensure qualified people for public procurement in coordination with individual referees according to internal Guideline amending a single approach in public procurement of orders for delivery of goods and orders for construction works.

Public procurement ensures delivery supplies for goods delivered, services and construction works with the use of electronic auction. All notices used in public procurement are publicised in Public Procurement Bulletin and in “Public Procurement Profile”.
